Maika Taylor

Maika is a celebrity hair stylist and makeup artist who works in the film and television industry (See her IMDB) styling stars such as Sharon Stone, Elisabeth Moss, John Leguizamo,  Josh Hartnett, Helen Hunt, Katherine Heigl, Jenna Ortega, and many others. Aimee Christiansen

Born and raised in Norway, Aimee moved to the US in search of new challenges and adventures. She is experienced in the field of makeup artistry and cosmetology. She is a highly creative artist, with special attention to detail.

Before deciding to get behind the salon chair again, Aimee worked for MAC Cosmetics. With her skills in make-up as well as training and coaching others, she landed the job as National Trainer and Educator for Norway. During this time, she also worked backstage for several Fashion Weeks, the IIFA’s and even got a chance to work with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith for one of his concerts,-which Aimee considers the highlight of her career so far! …Being the rock music fan that she is.  

Jenna Eidemiller

Hi, I’m Jenna! I’m a hair color specialist and Beauty Zone manager. I’ve been doing hair and nails for 5 years and have loved ALL things beauty since I was little. I’m thrilled that my love and passion for doing hair and nails has become my career. It’s made me so happy to help others feel loved and beautiful. I am constantly furthering my education and enjoy learning new hair and nail techniques and trends. I’m incredibly passionate about hair color and specialize in blonding. I am confident I can achieve your hair goals with great communication and hair skills. So, if you’re looking to add brightness, cover grey’s, add depth, or need a completely new look – I’m your gal! I can’t wait to have you in my chair 

Yami Arostegui

Hi there, I’m Yami I was born and raised in Heber City, UT.  I started working for Beauty Zone back in 2018 as a receptionist and in 2019 I began my hair apprenticeship and training under Maika (Beauty Zone Owner & color specialist). I have always loved the beauty world! I most certainly believe that I have the best job in the world! I get to make anyone who sits on my chair feel taken care of and BEAUTIFUL. I specialize in huge color transformations such as  color corrections, blonding, and fashion colors. I am frequently learning new trendy techniques to improve my skills. I am curly hair certified. I love a great challenge. They don’t call me the blonding queen for nothing haha! I am also fluent in Spanish. So, if you’re up for a great hair day I’m your gal! 

Kelly Porter

Hi, I’m Kelly! I am passionate about beauty and creativity since I was young, and have been a hairstylist for 12 years. I am fortunate to have built a career in the film and TV Industry as a celebrity hair and makeup artist, working along side our Beauty Zone owner Maika. I have worked with and styled stars such as  Lacey Chabert, Sophia Bush, Ellen Travolta , Dermot Mulroney, and Jon Heder and many more. I love bright fun fashion colors…really all colors haha and custom hair cutting. I offer curly cuts. I love men’s services, so if you are needing a haircut or beard trim, I’m your gal! I love making sure my clients leave looking and feeling their best!  Disclaimer, because I do occasionally work on film & TV sets for weeks at a time (usually with little notice), sometimes I might need to shift appointments to a different day. But I will always do my best to always take care of my clients when this happens.
